While this deck is somewhat out of date now that Rise of the Floodborn has come out, its still a fantastic option for players looking to build a strong Sapphire/Steel deck on a budget

If you put an Aura on an opponent's permanent, you still control the Aura, and mana symbols in its mana cost count towards your devotion

because of the lack of big, high-stakes events, the format is far from solved anyway, and I dont think anyone in the world actually knows for sure what the best decks are
